- The MSBC Unit of the Murat Shrine appreciates your interest in our scholarship program. If you wish to obtain a scholarship from the Murat Shrine Business Connection to attend a college or university you may do so by completing the forms posted below and returning them to us by 1 April 2009.
- We limit applications to former patients of a Shrine Hospital sponsored by a Murat Noble. All questions on each form must be answered in full. You will also need to include: all transcripts, financial statement, and statements of intent.
- Please take a moment and read the Authorization to Use and Disclose Specific Protected Health Information carefully!
